It's hard to believe that a new year is coming upon us very soon. The dates for the Drop-In sessions have been booked at the Age Concern building in Peartree Bridge.

I won't put up any messages as reminders about the dates during the coming year. Just look at the home page for ICUsteps and you'll see the date there.

Drop-In meetings are usually every six weeks but check online to make sure. There is nothing worse than making a journey only to find no-one else is there!!

Have a very Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to catching up with you all in January 2010.
