Whether you're an ex-patient or a relative, being able to talk about what you've been through with people who understand, because they've been through it too, can really help. That's not just our opinion, it's what the people who've come to our drop-in events have told us.

If you feel ready to talk, listen and share your experiences, we'd like to meet you.

If you're not from the Milton Keynes area but you'd like help and advice on setting up a support group in your area, we'd like to hear from you. You can reach us using the 'contact us' form.
